ABOUT INTRAPERSONA
Working in partnership as consultants we support interpersonal, intrapersonal
and organisational change. We help employees at every level better understand
themselves, their team and their organisation, and enhance their communication
strategies.
Intrapersona was founded by Elizabeth Handover in 2003. We became part
of the Insights Learning and Development network and introduced Insights
programmes to Japan in 2004. The Insights Discovery System provides
a common language for effective interaction and organisational growth.
In 2007 we were appointed the Insights Partner for Japan and invited
Stewart Desson, the Insights Global Head of Learning to Tokyo to run
our first Insights Discovery Accreditation Programme. We now have Insights
Client Practitioners within organisations across Japan.
Underpinning all our work is our belief that excellent communication
is more than a strategic asset. It lies at the heart of high performing
teams, organisations and individuals and we believe it is critical for
our clients' success.
Our values and philosophy:
- Inspire change
- Seek to understand
- Focus on the solution
- Make a contribution every day
- Value and give value to our clients
- Be authentic
