for personal and professional effectiveness training, for self-realisation
and as a support tool in a blended learning solution.
INSIGHTS FULL CIRCLE
Extending and complementing the Insights Discovery Personal Profile,
Discovery Full Circle combines an exploration of an individual's self-perception
and preferences and compares and contrasts these with the perspectives
that others have of the individual.
INSIGHTS PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS PROGRAMME
This programme provides an introduction to the Insights Discovery

INSIGHTS DISCOVERY ACCREDITATION
The Insights Discovery Accreditation qualifies participants to use
the Insights Discovery learning system and Insights Discovery Personal
Profile as part of their organisation's in-house learning and development
programmes. The four-day accreditation teaches practitioners how to
deliver Discovery material in a participative and compelling style
and how to apply this in a practical way to meet specific learning
objectives.
